Flash intelligently ‘caches’ it’s movies so they
don’t have to be reloaded.
Flash gives the viewer-user a more interactive
experience.
As HTML is not vector based, HTML movies cannot be
loaded as fast as movies made in Flash and for the same
reason, Flash movies can be saved faster.
At a very reasonable rate , get your starter page as attractive as you can, for
that is what the visitors to your
website gets to see first.
